I need a Pokemon that meets these requirements:?

Question

• is in the NU tier
• has a good way to counter ice (not weak to it)
• has stealth rock
• not weak to ground, rock, fight, water
• not useless alone

i believe there is a least one of these as a lot of Pokemons can learn stealth rock. if there is no one, then hide this post
