Within using Pokémon Bank, I saw that my copy of Pokémon Y has 30 potential Boxes. Are these unlock-able boxes by a specific goal or is this only accessed by Pokémon Bank?
If you place at least one Pokemon in each box a few more will appear. If you keep on doing this you will eventually hit 30 PC boxes which is the max.
