I know future sight can't stack and the same with doom desire but, could they stack together?
Future Sight fails when used if the target is already set to be hit by Future Sight or Doom Desire.

You mean use one then the other and they both hit? yeah! Though in all honesty it would be better to just use direct attacks in most cases. This would be a great way to break through substitute.
