I was biking around to hatch some Eggs, and wandered into a patch of purple flowers. There, I ran into a Flabebe. But, instead of being blue like all the others I had run into, it was white. What's up with that?

I hope you caught it! White Flabebés are the rarest of the non-shiny forms of the Pokemon.
Yup, I got a white one, thought it was shiny though...
Yeah.... Me too.

Flabebe can be found in five different colours according to their flowerbed.

White, yellow, and orange can be found in yellow flowers.
Red in red flowers.
Blue and white in purple flowers.

Ohhhh. OK.
Also with all these "forms" you may think it's hard to know wich are shiny's and not. So what you got to do is to look at the unchanged stilk (the green part), and if that turns out to be da dark blue ish, then you have youreself a shiny.

Flabebe can be found in two locations in Pokémon X and Y: Route 4 and Route 7.

On Route 4 you can find Flabebe Orange, White and Yellow in the Yellow Flowers, and Flabebe Orange, White and Red in the Red Flowers.

On Route 7 you can find Flabebe Orange and White in the Grass, Flabebe Orange, White and Yellow in the Yellow Flowers, and Flabebe Orange, White and Blue in the Purple Flowers.
