Inkay's Evolution requriements?

Question

The Evolutions chart said lv.30 while holding 3ds upside down to get Malamar? What was Game Freak thing? And Team Flare's Xerosic has a Malamar. Space-Time continuum broken and even Palkia and Dialga can't explain it.

To be honest, I'm just gonna say this is just another example of Game Freak logic. Personally, I think why they had you hold the 3ds upside down to evolve it is malmar's head is upside down from inkay's. Either that or someone at Game Freak thought it be a good laughXD

pretty much, but I mean it could be because everything about it is upside down - it gets the ability Contrary which inverts stat changes on itself, and it gets the move topsy-turvy which inverts stat changes on other pokemon. I am wondering how (if?) they will show an Inkay evolution in the anime, though.
