I just like the way this thing looks, it's like a pretty little bunny wabbit! *awkward
Anyhow... Here's my Cinccino:

Cinccino (F) @ King's Rock / Wide Lens / Life Orb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Return / Tail Slap
- Rock Blast
- Bullet Seed
- Knock Off

I kind of like this thing, it makes a good disruptor, it's annoying, and it hits pretty hard, and pretty quick. Return is for STAB, I prefer it to Tail Slap for the improved 15% accuracy over the 22 power, simple as that. Rock Blast abuses Skill Link, and has fairly good coverage. Bullet Seed is pretty much just a Grass Type Rock Blast. Knock Off is cool, it completely stops eviolite sets, as well as Choice Items (providing you survive an attack from them), and it can disrupt pretty well anything.
EVs and Nature max out Attack, as well as put Speed high enough to outspeed max-speed base 100 pokes. King's Rock has an unreal Flinch rate with Skill Link attacks, as the chance is multiplied by 5 with every attack. Wide Lens might also be cool if you want to use Tail Slap, as it increases accuracy by 10% (99% on Rock Blast, and 93.5% on Tail Slap). Life Orb increases damage, but causes recoil, I don't personally like this because Cinc has no recovery.

It's a Chinchilla
I'm using this one ^_^ I already knew bullet seed, rock blast, and tail slap but I didn't know what to give the last move knock off is a great choice
Cinccino is my favourite. I know I'm only a beginner but I use Sing. Not saying that Knock Off is bad but I could use tips. I just use Sing because I think it works well.
I like ur moveset but why do you prefer return? i think the 85% accuracy is a good sacrifice for a move like (STAB skill link)tail slap.

Cinccino @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- U-turn
- Rock Blast / Knock Off
- Bullet Seed

Technician Triple Axel again! (goes up to 180 base power if you get all three hits)
U-turn to switch out on bad matchups.
Rock Blast for things that resist Triple Axel (fire and ice types), or Knock Off so that you can actually somewhat damage Steel types.
Bullet Seed for bulky water types.

Wait. Cinccino gets Triple Axel?? OwO
yep and it's really good against some pokemon in the tier

252 Atk Choice Band Technician Cinccino Triple Axel (40 BP) (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Dragalge: 522-618 (156.2 - 185%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Choice Band Technician Cinccino Triple Axel (40 BP) (3 hits) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 624-738 (193.1 - 228.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Choice Band Technician Cinccino Triple Axel (40 BP) (3 hits) vs. 252 HP / 160+ Def Vileplume: 414-492 (116.9 - 138.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Looks like I'm going to have to breed myself a new Cinccino!

Note: I designed this for Gen 5 play, when I hadn't been on the site even 6 months yet. This is one of my oldest movesets. It can still work if you're having trouble obtaining a Skill Link Cinccino, but it's easier to get one of those these days. Scope Lens also had a different effect then which worked well for multi-hitters.

Cinccino @ Scope Lens
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Tail Slap
- Rock Blast
- Sing / Charm / U-Turn / Retaliate / Return (pre gen-8)

Rock Blast, Bullet Seed, and Tail Slap(Added STAB) all get Technician boost, break subs, and have that chance to Scope Lens annihilate the diphead in front of you. Return offers more STAB with a power hit. U-Turn lets you get the hell out of there. Sing is risky, but it could work, make this thing more of a pain in the butt. Charm helps you live a hit. Since this thing is fast, you could STAB Revenge kill with Retaliate if you want.

And that's it for my Chillino! ;D

Ah Yes, this Pokemon is quite good, As I make shiny legendary teams watch helplessly with this NU tiered cute monster.

Cinccino @ King's Rock
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rock Blast
- Bullet Seed
- Aqua Tail
- Knock Off

King's Rock (Hey, Rock Blast, Bullet Seed, and Tail Slap's hits each get a 10% chance of FLINCHING)
Ability: Skill Link (Each Multiple hit moves (such as Bullet Seed), will always hit five times, meaning a 50% Flinch chance with King's Rock.) Is a hidden Ability.

  • Rock Blast (Useful with Ability and item, annoying when it misses)
  • Bullet Seed (Also Useful with ability and item)
  • Aqua Tail (Type Coverage, and gets a 10% Flinch rate boost with King's Rock.)
  • Knock Off (Type Coverage and to remove items that would help opponent. Also gets 10% Flinch chance with King's Rock)

Unfortunately, Cinccino is quite frail, as it is succeptible to Aura Sphere, and faster Pokemon with useful Fighting Type Moves, but it can be a flinch pest for slower Pokemon.

Gen 8 ZU

Cinccino @ King's Rock
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Tail Slap
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Triple Axel

Tail Slap is STAB and hits all 5 times thanks to Skill Link, and comes with a side of a 50% flinch chance thanks to King's Rock. Bullet Seed and Rock Blast are for coverage that also hits 5 times along with a 50% flinch chance. Triple Axel gains power during each hit, but only has a 30% chance to flinch.

Cinccino King's Rock / Wide Lens / Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk,SAtk)
Tail Slap - STAB, good 125 power thanks to its ability to hit 5 times per turn
Bullet Seed - Coverage, good 125 power thanks to its ability to hit 5 times per turn
Rock Blast - Coverage, good 125 power thanks to its ability to hit 5 times per turn
Thunder-Wave - Paralyzis

Epic Pwnage

I like your moveset, but one thing doesn't make sense. So, I'm looking for a good moveset for the ability Technician, and when I saw your Cinccino had that ability, I was like "YES!" Then, you said that the moves would always hit five times, and I'm wondering if you just had a typo, and that your Cinccino really has the abilty Skill Link, or if you are just referring to IF a move hits five times. Could you elaborate, please?

Sad Eyes @ Choice Specs
Modest Nature
Trait: Cute Charm/Technician
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 HP

-Hyper Voice (For Cute Charm) or Echoed Voice (For Technician) / Round (Technician only)
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power Psychic/Flying. Make sure power is 60 for Technician.

Psychic- 59
31/30/31/29/31/30
31/31/30/29/31/30
30/31/31/29/31/30

Psychic- 60
29/28/29/31/31/28
29/29/28/31/31/28
28/29/29/31/31/28

Flying- 59
31/31/31/30/30/30
30/30/30/30/30/31

Flying- 60
29/29/29/30/30/28
28/28/28/30/30/29

Round is your max STAB peaking at base 135 with Technician. Echoed Voice is an alternative. It starts weaker at base 90 but with Choice Specs you're locked onto it, and it'll get stronger in the process of battling. T-Bolt Covers the quite common water and flying types. Focus Blast covers 5 types. (Wow) and those Hidden Powers kill Fighting. Please excuse me to test this.

EDIT: Oops! This thing can learn Hyper Voice! Let's use Cute Charm and Hyper Voice instead.

Round only works in Double Battles. Use Echoed Voice.
It does? Good to know. No sarcasm intended.
Wait, do you mean that Round'll fail? Because Round's base power is 60. STAB + Technician=Base 135!
It is just Round is more a Double / Triple Strategy, but i guess it can do well here.
PM, what did you do to my....Ohhhh. I'll put a shiny sprite there if you don't mind. You should put a rule against that because I put that on my Rampardos and Sceptile posts too xD
why special-based? You can make cinccino way more useful by letting it abuse skill link with tail slap, bullet seed, and rock blast.

Cinccino @ Choice Band
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Tail Slap
- U-turn

This set lets Cinccino hit very hard with skill link. It is already a very speedy poke, so you can utilize u-turn very effectively. This set uses all of cinccino's most usable physical moves.

Cinccino @ Life Orb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Tail Slap
- Rock Blast
- Bullet Seed
- U-turn

When I first saw Cinccino, I expected it to be an average middle-game Normal type a la Persian or Lopunny. Boy was I wrong, as this thing takes souls when used properly. With access to Skill Link, you get 5 STAB Tail Slaps. Rock Blast and Bullet Seed provide great coverage that takes advantage of its ability. The 4th moveslot can be played around with, but I like U-Turn because Cinccino out speeds most things and hits hard without and immunities to it. The only problem for this thing is Steel-types, but it can be worked around. Due to its rarity of uses, you can really surprised people with its moveset, especially on Battle Spot

A Good Move Set For Me Is:

Cinccino (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rock Blast (Learn By Move Relearner)
- Bullet Seed (Learn By Move Relearner)
- Sing
- Wake-Up Slap

  1. What I do is I use sing to put the Opponent to sleep
  2. Then , I use Rock Blast Or Bluet Seed to lower them down in HP
  3. when there at like 15Hp I use Wake-up-Slap

Cinccino @ King's Rock
Ability: Skill link
EVs: 4 Def / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Tail Slap
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast

Explanation:
- thunder wave grants paralysis, which has the effect of halving speed and have 25% chances to be unable to take action.
- as a result from skill link ability, multi hits attacks will always have 41% flinch rate as long king's rock is held, and 56% chances unable to take action either via flinching or paralysis after a thunder wave.
- ground types are immune to thunder wave, switch out cinccino unless you're able to bullet seed ground types without risking too much.
- Jolly Nature with max Spd and Atk is to ensure a high chance to use thunder wave ahead of opponent. 4 Evs for Def just a little investment to mitigate damage of priority moves which mostly are physical based attack.

Cinccino @ Wide Lens
Ability: Skill Link
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Tail Slap
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast
- Triple Axel

Wide Lens for the accuracy boost which helps a bit on Triple Axel, the other moves to abuse Skill Link ability and coverage

This Pokémon sounds pretty good on paper, but it's really frail. But 115 base speed is pretty good. Here's a set for
Gen 9 NatDex RU.

Snowdin (Cinccino) @ Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Ability: Skill Link
Tera Type: Normal / Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Triple Axel / Bullet Seed / Rock Blast
- Tail Slap
- Knock Off / Play Rough
- Thunder Wave / U-Turn / Play Rough

If you're running Choice Band, your Nature should be Jolly, but if you're Scarfed use Adamant. Triple Axel is really a great move that increases power each time it hits, but doesn't get affected by Skill Link(?), so it's pretty risky. Bullet Seed and Rock Blast are affected by Skill Link and can be used for coverage. Tail Slap is great STAB, which adds up to 125 damage (without STAB). Knock Off is a great utility move, removing other Pokémon's items. This is useful to chip down any walls that don't have reliable recovery, and also for removing Rocky Helmets to more comfortably use Tail Slap. Thunder Wave is used to cripple fast sweepers like Absol, Aerodactyl etc. You can switch out after using Thunder Wave. Play Rough is coverage against Fighting types, while U-Turn is unnecessary coverage and also allows you to switch while doing some safe damage. Tera Normal can boost Tail Slap, and Tera Ghost can give you an immunity to Fighting.

It gets Tidy Up now, oh no.

Maushold 2.0 (Cinccino) @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Technician
Tera Type: Normal / Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Tidy Up
- Tail Slap
- Bullet Seed
- Rock Blast

Pretty much a normal Cinccino set, but now it has an actual good setup move that isn't Work Up. Loaded dice is also a good buff, since it basically has 2 abilities in one now, but you can use Wide Lens if you don't like missing moves. Tail Slap is obvious. Bullet Seed and Rock Blast make good use of Technician and Dice. Have fun with it!

Gen 9 NU HO Lead: Anti Lead

Cinccino @ Focus Sash
Ability: Skill Link
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Tidy Up
- Encore
- Tail Slap
- Bullet Seed

A lead set Cinccino can use on HO teams in Gen 9 NU. This lead set is basically an Anti Lead due to Tidy Up and Encore, which screws up other leads. Since this set has Focus Sash, you can use Tidy Up turn 1 against most Pokemon. If you're up against a Lycanroc-Dusk turn 1, use Bullet Seed instead. After you use Tidy Up, if the opposing Pokemon sets up a hazard or some setup move like Shell Smash, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, etc, you can use Encore to lock them into that move, which gives you some more opportunities to use Tidy Up to boost Cinccino's Attack and Speed stats to make progress against opposing Pokemon for your teammates. Tail Slap is the Normal STAB since it hits 5 times thanks to Skill Link. Bullet Seed is used to hit Rock- and Water-types such as Lycanroc-Dusk, Diancie, Cloyster, Quagsire, and Basculegion super effectively. You aren't going to use Tera on this set most of the time since it is a lead set, but you can Tera Ghost to punish priority users such as Breloom and Lucario for using Mach Punch and Extreme Speed and Encore them to lock them into their priority move so you can use Tidy Up again. Skill Link is the ability to make Cinccino's attacks hit all 5 times since this set uses Focus Sash as the item.

Gen 9 NU Loaded Dice Tidy Up + Encore

Cinccino @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Technician
Tera Type: Ghost / Normal
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Tidy Up
- Encore
- Tail Slap
- Knock Off / Triple Axel

I know there's already a Tidy Up Loaded Dice set on here, but I want to post one that has Encore. Cinccino is nice on specific HO teams to enable things such as Focus Sash Cloyster and Pokemon who don't want hazards to chip them. Defog + Dragon Dance Tidy Up boosting Cinccino's Attack and Speed stats allow it to hit hard while outspeeding most Pokemon who have boosted their speed. Just like Maushold, Cinccino appreciates using Encore on Tidy Up sets. Encore locking opposing Pokemon into a recovery move, hazard setting move, or setup move like Calm Mind, Swords Dance, etc, is really useful since it opens up more opportunities for Cinccino to use Tidy Up. Tail Slap with Technician + Loaded Dice is used as Cinccino's STAB move, being essentially a 150 or 187.5 BP move that can deal quite a bit of damage to Pokemon who don't resist Normal moves. Knock Off allows Cinccino to hit Ghost-types such as Brambleghast, Basculegion, Chandelure, and Hisuian Typhlosion, as well as Pokemon who use Tera Ghost. Triple Axel is an option to OHKO Vileplume after a Tidy Up boost as long as Vileplume hasn't used its Tera. Rock Blast is an option to hit Talonflame without risking Flame Body activating Tera Ghost is used to give Cinccino an immunity to Normal and Fighting moves, which can let you bully Mach Punch Breloom and Extreme Speed Lucario. Tera Ghost is also nice against Choice Scarf Mienshao that is locked into Close Combat. Tera Normal can be used instead to make Tail Slap stronger.
