Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon / Earth Power
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot

Sub Plot set. Substitute allows you to scout and can help protect you from status conditions. Nasty Plot is to boost your Special Attack. Dark Pulse is STAB. Flash Cannon is coverage against fairy types. Earth Power can be used instead to hit most steel types super effectively.

Moves:

• Hydro Pump [110/80/5]
• Draco Meteor [140/90/5]

Explanation:
Imagine Dugtrio, but Dragon, and with large drump trucks, as well as specs.

Every single moves here hit like a Truck (if it ever hits.)

You may also use (If your Drag-trio doesn't have a 20/20 Vision):
Surf (Becareful in doubles tho)
Flamethrower (Straightforward torch)
Flash Cannon (Lame replacement, but hey, Hydreigon can't learn a move like Aura Sphere, despite being adaptive.)

National Dex UU Nasty Plot

Hydreigon is currently being retested to be considered for an unban in National Dex UU at the time of writing this, so I decided to post this set. This is a Nasty Plot + Steelium Z set. This set was the set that ended up making Hydreigon banned from National Dex UU. However, the meta has changed, so the set is more manageable now.

Nasty Plot is used to boost Hydreigon's Special Attack, allowing it to become a threatening wallbreaker. Dark Pulse is used for Dark STAB that has a chance to flinch. Flash Cannon is used with Steelium Z to be able to eliminate/weaken Fairy-types such as Mega Altaria after a Nasty Plot boost. Fire Blast allows Hydreigon to hit Steel-types such as Cobalion, Scizor, and Celesteela super effectively.

Although it loses some of its HP, Life Orb is the perfect item for hyperattacking sets like this one. Fire Blast is a nasty strong move with a lot of attacking benefits, also covering its ice weakness. Draco Meteor is an incredibly strong dragon STAB, with Dark Pulse also being a viable option. Nasty Plot strengthens its already god smacking Special Attack stat. Flash Cannon is a decently strong move covering for its pesky 4 times Fairy wekness.

Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 140 HP / 204 SpA / 164 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Tera Blast
- Earth Power
- Dark Pulse

A draconic hydra with three heads? I have one called Cerberus. A strong attacker with not the most amazing SpD means Assault Vest works for me Next comes what might be my least favorite part of Cerberus's build. And that is it's ability. I mean don't get me wrong, a second immunity in terms of types is nice and all, but I'd prefer some options for an overused weapon like Hydreigon. Dark Pulse is the only real STAB move you need because Dragon only whacks other Dragons hard. Then comes the favored parts of my moveset. Heat Wave to deal with Bug and Ice types that try to be an issue. And then there's Tera Blast. I personally dislike this move on a Pokemon that is not branching into a different Tera Type. So I made Cerberus's Tera Type Fairy and figured I'd turn the tables on anyone trying to hit me with another Dragon or a Fighting type. Finally a EV set boosting SpA with a Modest Nature
