And if so do the drinks/herbs boost happiness if liked? Is there any other food/drink that Pokemon may like?
Nope, none of these things are affected by Pokemon likes. However, you can boost happiness using EV boosting drinks like Iron, Calcium, etc.
Pokemon who like bitter food will still have lower happiness from those items.
Lemonade isn't liked more by pokemon who like sweets.
