I'm looking for a Pokemon (Description...)?

Question

-Must be a pure fighting type
-Can learn ice beam
-Awesome speed stat.
-Awesome bulk and attack

Ice Beam and all of the Pokemon that can learn it: Link

There is no pure Fighting type Pokemon that can learn Ice Beam; the only Fighting type Pokemon that can is Poliwarth, and it has a dual Water/ Fighting typing.

To be honest, there isn't a Pokemon that matches all those requirements. If you wanted to cover the Flying weakness, use Stone Edge/ Rock Slide.

If you want a fast sweeper, use Mienshao. If you want a sweeper with acceptable speed and defences with high attack, use Heracross.

If you want to use legendaries, use Cobalion. Its steel/ fighting typing (like Lucario) means it's resident to 9 moves, immune to poison, and its base 129 defence, 108 speed makes it a good sweeper.

(btw I discounted Arceus because... it's Arceus x_O)
