Not really.
The recoil from Outrage isn't too hindering ingame; if you kill a Pokemon, if you have set the game to allow it, you will get the chance to switch out therfore making Outrage's recoil less hindering. You will run out eventually if you kept using it, as you stated, and just for one move a constant supply of Lum Berries is a little too much. But if you are facing something worth it, e.g. the Champion, this might be considered. Multiple times is too much...
