Mars is of Team Galactic. The four Rocket executives are:

Archer
Proton
Petrel
Ariana

Not sure of the origins.
These are Team Galactic:

Mars
Cyrus
Saturn
Jupiter

They're named after planets except for the commander, Cyrus (I think, unless it's in a different solar system).
